Lauren was born and raised in Oregon, where she graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in psychology. Through her involvement in psychological research at the university, she had the opportunity to first author a manuscript on interpersonal sensitivity and was recognized as an OSU Research Fellow for her work on a project examining the relationship between pets and people. Continuing her pursuit toward caring for pets, she has also worked over the last five years as a veterinary technician at a low cost mobile vaccine clinic. Lauren’s experience at the mobile clinic helped cultivate her passion for veterinary medicine, psychological science, and how the two fields intersect. She leveraged this understanding during her tenure with Blue Heron Consulting where she supported veterinary operations and medical leaders as they worked directly with hospitals all over the United States. In her free time, Lauren likes to tend to her houseplants, hike and spend time with her family. Lauren and her partner reside in Oregon with their dog, two cats, and a hedgehog.
Born and raised in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, Morgan graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communications from Old Dominion University. An animal lover before she could vocalize it, Morgan maintains that her small pack of rescues are her children and considers the advocacy and care of animals to be of utmost importance. With a background that includes years of administrative and managerial support for staffing companies and legal offices, during her off time she enjoys exploring new places with her husband, Calen, and trying (unsuccessfully, so far) to convince him that they need to expand their pack to include new critters (cows, goats, raccoons, etc… Stay posted for when she is successful). Morgan wholeheartedly agrees with the goals and practices of Inspire and is grateful to be a part of an excellent team.
