Samantha joins IVP as our new Director Business Development bringing with her a culmination of 20+ years in veterinary medicine operational and leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has successfully balanced successful business growth and transitions with the operational needs of practice owners. Sam is passionate about supporting practice owners and their teams through every step of the integration process, focusing on preserving each practice’s unique culture and legacy while fostering positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

Sam resides in sunny Arizona with her dog, 3 cats and usually a foster pet or 4! Outside of work, Sam channels her love for animals into volunteering at an equine therapy ranch and supporting local animal rescue organizations..
